The total price of your stay does not include the Accommodations Care and Respect Bond of £100 to secured for any damages done to the accommodation during your stay. This is to be paid additionally and will be refunded within 3 days of checkout if all is well. Once this is paid, it shows your compliance and adherence to the Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to withhold all or a portion of this bond to cater for any damages. If there should be damage above the bond held, you as group leader MUST pay any extra.

Any damages must be reported to us as soon as possible.

To secure bookings, please make a non-refundable deposit of £100 at your earliest convenience.

All monies must be paid 6 weeks prior to your stay. If these are not paid, we reserve the right to re-advertise your booking and keep the deposit and any other monies that have already been paid.

In the unfortunate event that you should need to cancel your stay, any money paid may be returned excluding your deposit, but 4 weeks’ notice is required. If 4 weeks’ notice is not provided, we reserve the right to withhold your deposit plus any monies paid towards your stay (excludes extenuating circumstances).

If your booking was made less than 4 weeks before the date of your stay, all monies and deposits must be paid upon booking and is non-refundable upon cancellation.

Check-in times are 4pm onwards. If you are going to be much later than this, please inform us as soon as reasonably possible, so that arrangements can be made for you to still be able to check-in and collect keys. We will make you aware if the accommodation is available to check in earlier than 4pm

Check-out time on the day of departure is no later than 10am. Please make sure you leave promptly as time is needed to make sure the accommodation is to the standard expected ready for the next guests. Keys need to be returned to the key safe before departing.

Failure to do so will result in a charge for new keys.

Passes must be added if required at the time of booking.

These passes grant access to the on-site entertainment as well as discounts to the Splash Waterpark, Brean Play and the Funfair.

To secure your booking we will need £100 non refundable deposit to secure your date and that’s then used towards your care and respect bond , also the full names, ages and gender of each guest; full address; email address; home and mobile phone numbers, and car make, model and registration – this information is required by HRU to secure the bookings.

Please download the HRU app to be able to book activities and entertainment.

All rules of the site must be followed. These can be provided upon request.

No person(s) other than those on the booking form are permitted to stay in the accommodation without prior approval from us.

The accommodation must be kept tidy, clean and treated with respect.

Upon leaving, all bins must be emptied, and accommodation left as found when first arrived.

We are not liable for any damage or injury caused as a result of use of garden furniture or play equipment (where supplied), and any such use is at the guest’s own risk.

Please do not use the electrics within the accommodation to charge up electric vehicles or the security bond will be kept to put towards electricity usage. The site do provide an outlet for charging electric vehicles loacated by the shop.

For those accommodations where pets are allowed – we reserve the right, on inspection, that if any damage or excessive animal hair etc is found, a cleaning charge of £50 will be levied.
